We can’t wait to see you and your four-legged friend! Here are the policies to know before you visit.

Business Hours

  • Monday-Friday: 7AM-6PM
  • Saturday: 7AM-12PM
  • Sunday: Office Closed

When the office is not open, we are still here on location caring for the dogs. You may reach us after ours by messaging our Facebook page.

Policies

  • All dogs must have current shot records which should include Rabies & Bordetella.
  • If your dog has ANY medical condition you must state this in Medical Information form provided.
  • By signing our boarding  agreement, you are allowing Pup Hub Boarding to seek medical attention for you dog at any time necessary during their stay at your own expense:  We will attempt to contact you before hand but if necessary you are agreeing without contact. Balance of Vet visit will be due at pick.
  • All reservation will pay at drop off,  but 25% deposit will be required for online reservations. Deposits are non-refundable.
  • We do ask that you bring their own food not to upset stomach, if food is not provided a $3.00 a day charge will apply.
  • Pup Hub Boarding is not liable for natural act or acts that may occur between your family pet or others, although this will be carefully monitored at all times.
  • Any damages caused by your pet on Pup Hub Boarding property such as Crates, Pods, suites, doors, fencing at the responsibility of the pet owners cost for repairs or replacement.
  • Family dogs may stay in the same kennel space per combined weight, as long as they can eat together with no aggression. This is an additional fee of $15-$25 depending on weight.

After Hours & Holidays

  • Hurst Location- After hours pickup and drop off is Monday-Friday: 8PM, Saturday: 4PM & 8PM, and Sunday: 12PM, 4PM & 8PM.
  • NRH Location- After hours pickup and drop off is Monday-Friday: 8:30PM, Saturday: 4:30PM & 8:30PM, and Sunday: 12:30PM, 4:30PM & 8:30PM.
  • After hours pickup and drop off is an additional flat fee of $15.
  • These after hours time are set, and allow a 15-minute window to arrive.
  • Our office is closed for drop off and pickups on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve.
  • All reservation will pay at drop off, but a 25% deposit will be required for the following holidays: Week of Spring Break, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. This is considered PEAK SEASON and is required to secure your booking. This is NON-Refundable. Our Service provides blankets, beds, bowls, toys, outside playtime and treats.
